Return Policy - Online Store
All unopened, unaltered, unused Non-Cannabis products that have been purchased through our online store can be returned within 14 days of shipment receipt.
Cannabis-Based Products, Sale or Clearance items are considered final sale, subject to items that arrive defective or damaged. Cannabis-based products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the Cannabis-Based product arrived damaged or unconsumable, or in the event that it has been subject to a product recall by the Producer or Health Canada. All such returns must include the original packaging of the Cannabis-Based product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To inquire about the return of a product, please email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (306) 642-4420, and indicate the name on the order and the order number. Once verified, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label which may be affixed to the return package and drop off at an appropriate location. Once your returned product has been received and verified, you will be credited the original payment method used for the purchase.
