If the order is pre-paid the credit card used will also be verified for name and credit card number. Any discounts requiring ID (student discount, senior or veteran) will require ID to be present at time of pick up.

Return Policy

All unopened, unaltered, unused Non-Cannabis products that have been purchased at our locations can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Sale or Clearance items are considered final sale, subject to items that are defective or damaged.

Cannabis-based products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the Cannabis-Based product is damaged or unconsumable, or in the event that it has been subject to a product recall by the Producer or Health Canada. All such returns must include the original packaging of the Cannabis-Based product.
