Didn't really do much for me. Highly recommend trying something full spectrum if you're looking to benefit from CBD. A little bit of THC (1mg-4mg) and the terpenes are needed for a full therapeutic effect. CBD by itself won't do much unless you're hitting an upwards of 150mg or more (which is hard to find in this market).
