Refund Policy

Returns of unused cannabis, accessories and other merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of purchase in the province of purchase with a valid receipt and all original packaging. Refunds will be issued only in the original form of payment. Purchase of seeds are final sale.

The Prize

Each ballot entry is a chance to win one of ten prizes. Each prize includes:

  • A $500 Gift Card – retailers will vary, categories include; groceries, gas, electronics, and restaurants

How To Enter

You must have an active Spark Rewards account to enter. Each ballot entry redeems 100 rewards points. There are two ways to enter:

  1. Log in to your Rewards profile though our website or on our app and select Rewards underneath your name and points total. Scroll down to the Events & Community section with the tagline Trade your points for Spark rewards. Scroll through the prizes and select which one you’d like to enter to win using the Redeem button. Double check you’ve selected the right prize, hit Continue and you’re entered! There will be a green check mark ✅ beside the prize of your choice confirming your entry was successful.
  2. Stop by your local shop and speak to one of our team members. We’d be happy to help!
